Returned Mail

In the event that your package is returned to Elke for any reason such as incorrect address, non payment of duties or non collection, a redelivery will be arranged based on individual circumstance, at the customer’s expense. Elke reserves the right to refuse redelivery based on probability of arrival in certain circumstances.


Once an order is placed we do not accept cancellations by request of the customer.

Final acceptance of the order is given by Elke the Label and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If you have an issue with an item or wish to discuss this policy please contact us at [email protected]

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items for change of mind. In certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate exchanges of size subject to availability, however, the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of size. If an exchange is offered, items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed with original tags in place.


Any faults must be reported within 5 business days of item receipt to be eligible for return or refund. We will not under any circumstances accept returns on items after this period of time has passed. We reserve the right to offer a repair of the fault. A refund will only be issued if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Sale Items

Exchanges, returns or refunds will not be accepted on sale items. No additional discount codes can be used on sale items or during sale times. We respectfully decline to hold any sale items but may do this for you during non peak purchase times.


It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their address is correct and accurately provided to us upon ordering. Orders are dispatched twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post and the customer has the option of selecting regular or express shipping. We are not responsible for missing packages and thus we advise the use of a tracked service.

Delivery times vary depending on locations, however please allow 3 weeks before contacting us regarding your order. If you are concerned about delivery timeframes please contact your national postal service with the tracking number provided for more information. 

Elke the Label cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. 

GST and Taxes

All prices are displayed before tax. Australian orders incur a 10% GST which will be added on at checkout. International orders are not subject to this charge however your order may incur duties and taxes applied by local customs. Elke the Label does not accept any responsibility for any duty, tax or other import costs on international orders.

It is a legal requirement for Elke the Label to declare the correct value of orders on customs forms for international shipments. We will not, under any circumstances, falsify any information and we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any orders that may request this of us.

Garment Care

We take pride in carefully selecting the highest quality fabrics for our garments. All fabrics are natural cotton or linen and therefore may have inconsistencies in the weave. These are not flaws but a natural result of the process and add to the character of the fabrics.

We recommend only washing our garments in cold water with eco-friendly detergents and line drying.
